Production Manager

Location: USA - Burlingame

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Production Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring the workflow of all Printing & Embroidery projects from the initial quote stage through delivery to our customers. The successful candidate will work closely and efficiently with customers, vendors and other internal departments facilitating the timely and accurate flow of information and delivery of orders. Attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines on a daily basis is required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong Mac OS skills - experience with Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop & Google Docs is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of completing work quickly and accurately
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone, and written communication skills
  • Prior experience with Screen/Direct To Garment Printing and Embroidery is a big plus
  • Friendly & customer service oriented

  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Degree Preferred
  • Successful customer service experience a must
  • Upbeat, friendly personality and "can-do" attitude
  • Proactive work ethic and team-oriented mindset

  • PAY & HOURS

    Pay level is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position. We offer a casual work environment, excellent benefits, including medical/dental and a 401k plan.
