Customer Support Specialist

Location: USA - Burlingame

We are searching for talented individuals who know how to make customers happy and are dedicated to making that happen here in our Burlingame office. (Think Disney, but better!) If you are a people person and a problem solver with excellent phone and written skills, we want to talk to you.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor and field incoming customer phone calls, emails and web chats, assist and take phone orders in a courteous, professional manner. Work closely with other CheapesTees.com internal departments to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction with each and every order and every customer contact.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong computer skills, working knowledge of the Mac environment
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of working quickly and accurately
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone, and written communication skills
  • Friendly & personable
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous Customer Service experience a must
  • Upbeat, friendly personality and "can-do" attitude
  • Proactive work ethic and team-oriented mindset
  • College Degree Preferred
  • PAY & HOURS

    Pay level is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position.
